We are here to help your teen become an educated, safe, and confident driver.

We have several teen driver’s education options to choose from. Please scroll to view our options below to find the one that is best suited to your teen.

• We have two locations, in Georgetown, Texas and Cedar Park, Texas.
  Both locations offer teen driver’s education courses and behind the wheel instruction.

• 32 Hours of In-Person classroom Participation at one of our locations
• The class is 3 consecutive weeks.
• Students cannot miss more than 5 in-person classes.
• Students will receive a certificate on the 4th day of class that allows them to obtain a learner’s license at your local Texas DPS office

• Students start driving with Patriot Driving once they obtain their learner’s permit.
• Packages will include a total of 7 hours of driving and 7 hours of observation. Equivalent to a minimum of 770 minutes.
• Our packages are based on how quickly you want to complete the drives.
• Students must have their permit for 6 months AND be 16 in order to get their license.

Instructor Led program requirements:

• Complete the 32 hours of classroom online.
• Eligible to obtain a learners permit after the first 6 hours of class (must be minimum of 15 years of age).
• Designate Patriot Driving Academy to take over the 14 hours of driving and observation.

Parent-Taught driving program requirements:

• Complete 32 hours of classroom instruction online.
• Complete 44 hours of driving with a parent or licensed adult 25 years or older.

• 30 Day Behind-The-Wheel Package
• 60 Day Behind-The-Wheel Package
• 90 Day Behind-The-Wheel Package
   • 6 Months Behind-The-Wheel Package

Students must have their permit for 6 months AND be 16 in order to get their license.

 This package is for students who started and/ or finished the classroom portion of driver’s education through an online program, parent taught, or different driving school, and they want professional driving lessons from Patriot Driving Academy to assist in their driver’s education journey.

The 2 Hour Teen Behind-The-Wheel Package Includes: 

• 2 individual hours of behind the wheel practice.
• Each drive is spread out a minimum of  7 – 10 days.
• Driving assessment of student’s drive.
• Student will be able to work on their specific driving needs.

Want to make sure you are ready to pass the DPS test to get your license?

• Reviewing all components included in the DPS required road test to obtain a driver’s license.
• Work on specific skills required for a driver’s license such as parallel parking, reversing, lane changes, speed control, and more.
• Driving Assessment of student’s drive.
